Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Davetech Global (“we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of the Anthill application and website (the “Service”). By installing, running, or accessing Anthill, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. License to Use the Application

Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, Davetech Global grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and run Anthill solely for lawful purposes on compatible Windows computing devices you own or control.

3. Acceptable Use and Content Responsibility

You must only download, share, seed, or distribute content that you have the lawful right, authorization, or license to transfer.

You agree not to use Anthill to:

  • Infringe upon, misappropriate, or violate any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any third party.
  • Distribute malware, trojans, ransomware, spyware, or any unauthorized destructive code.
  • Engage in illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or harassing activities under applicable local, national, or international law.
  • Attempt to bypass, reverse engineer, or defeat security or licensing controls implemented by the platform or operating system.

You bear sole responsibility for verifying the legal status of any file, data package, or magnet link you initiate or transfer using the software.

4. No Content Hosting or Indexing Disclaimer

Anthill is a client software tool that implements open, standardized peer-to-peer torrent network protocols. Anthill does not host, store, index, curate, search, catalog, promote, or distribute any content, files, torrents, or magnet links.

Davetech Global operates no torrent indexing websites, directories, or media servers. We have no control over the content, metadata, or files transferred by peers on decentralized third-party swarms.

5. Copyright Complaints and Statutory Notice

Anthill is a local peer-to-peer client software application. Anthill does not host, store, cache, index, or distribute third-party media or files, nor do we operate or control decentralized peer-to-peer torrent swarms or tracker networks. Consequently, Davetech Global has no technical ability to remove, restrict, or modify content hosted or transmitted across decentralized third-party swarms.

Davetech Global respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that copyright-protected material is being infringed in connection with our software or services, inquiries and notices may be submitted in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (including applicable intermediary guidelines and rules). Notice of any alleged copyright infringement or statutory complaint regarding the software should be directed to our designated contact at support@davetechglobal.org with the subject line “Copyright Complaint / Statutory Notice”.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties (“AS IS”)

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANTHILL IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SOFTWARE IS FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY SWARMS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Davetech Global, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANTHILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in [COURTS - LAWYER TO CONFIRM].

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When modifications occur, the updated document will be published on this page with an updated “Effective Date”. Continued use of the software after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
